Where the body becomes a path of remembrance and awakening

In the world that’s constantly sending us the message that we are unsafe, to push through, to override, and disconnect , I invite you in the space to slow down, listen and return to your inner safety, and from that space create a living relationship with your body that holds all the wisdom you need to live an authentic life, your truth and your passion.

”Your body stores information essential for your wellbeing , and it is your purpose in this life to decolonize , liberate and transform obsolete limited perception of what you can or can’t do.”
~ Camille Barrios

My purpose

Rooted in a spiritual path and raised in devotion, I came to yoga early in life.

Yet it was through encountering trauma, and learning to gently meet it, that I fell in love with the depth of our human experience.

I discovered that it is through feeling, through the body, and through our shared humanity that we open the doorway to higher states of consciousness.

I learned that true transformation does not happen by transcending our human experience, but by fully inhabiting it — and through this, accessing deeper states of awareness.

I believe that within trauma there is also the potential for deep insight and transformation. As we gently learn to process and feel what has been held, we can begin to access the wisdom that may emerge from those experiences.

Through somatic practices such as Trauma Release Exercises, and years of working with the nervous system, Mindfulness & Tantra that I have come to trust the body as a guide. I hold space for others as they meet the parts of themselves that have held them back from being fully present — supporting a return to joy, vitality, and pleasure.

This work is not about fixing ourselves, but about remembering — and reconnecting with — the wisdom that has always lived within.

“Within the body lives both the wound and the wisdom.”
